In 2021, we are excited to introduce the LLP380 beam moving head light, a new addition to our lamp portfolio. Building on the remarkable success of our LLP400, which stands as the only product delivering a promised lamp service life of 800 hours or 18 months, we acknowledge the pressing challenges posed by soaring raw material prices and escalating freight rates. Consequently, we have crafted the LLP380 to address these market demands head-on.
Drawing heavily from the LLP400's materials and technologies, the LLP380 offers the same lamp warranty service. While ensuring continuity in performance, we delved into extensive research of the market's needs and the practical application scenarios of similar products. This research led us to make deliberate choices in the design of the LLP380.
Specifically, we decided to sacrifice a portion of the prism effect while simultaneously opting for USHIO NSL391 bulbs. Although this decision slightly reduces the power, the brightness remains comparable, while drastically reducing the heat generated by the lamps. Consequently, the overall volume of the lamps is reduced, presenting a more compact and efficient solution.
Furthermore, by streamlining our manufacturing process and making strategic material selections, we have successfully been able to bring down the market price of the LLP380. This enables us to cater to a wider range of market demands, ensuring accessibility for various customer segments.
